I decided to finally start my study of animals. After I saw the book daily zoo by Chris Ayers. He inspired me to study good old nature, so this is the beginning. its done in ink wash with colored pencil overlay and a touch of marker.
Did you take a picture with a camera phone? Use the scanners, there are large bed ones in Crane and Kinney. Use Photoshop's photo merge if you have to scan in parts.
I like the tiger on top, it has some interesting stylization going on, and some good emotion. The one on the bottom doesn't work as well, foreshortening isn't quite right, and looks like the back half is missing.
I'm also think the background is a little too heavy and distracting.
