Ooh pointy!
More tomfoolery with refless character design. Usually I don't know why I draw the way I do, but certain bits about this I do. The angle of the legs came to me as I was looking at a fellow students work, the shadows of the face are something that I see so often in figure drawing sessions, etc.

Itamar, you know about the trick where you flip the canvas to check for faults right?,
ReplyDeleteI really like the big arms thing you've got goin' on, but her hips seem way off, also, she's leaning reallyyy far to the right- Her knees look pretty low down too....
I am familiar with flipping the canvas. Should probably use it more, even in a sketch.
