Been watching Feng Zhu's tutorials these past few days, and how Jeff Simpson works on Muddy Colors so I thought I would give it a shot.
Dropping photo textures is something I'm going to need to practice if I go that route.

I wish I was able to find a way to crack the roadblock I hit whenever I need to finish a painting. Is it a lack of certain tools, or is it something mental?

More tomfoolery with refless character design. Usually I don't know why I draw the way I do, but certain bits about this I do. The angle of the legs came to me as I was looking at a fellow students work, the shadows of the face are something that I see so often in figure drawing sessions, etc.
